The staff, students, members and guests of the University of Spiritwood are at all times expected to follow a clear code of behavior and appropriate conduct, which calls upon them to show courtesy, respect and tolerance for all others regardless of rank or position. This expectation does not solely apply to their behavior within the walls of the institution itself, but follows them wherever they go and whenever they wear the “Badge” of the institution, (Guild name). No acts of unregulated aggression, insolence, disrespect or cruelty will be tolerated. The University operates a clear grievance procedure. In the event of a dispute arising, members are instructed to direct their claim of abuse to a member of senior position within the University structure, who will then conduct an investigation. If a member is found to have acted inappropriately, they will be called to appear before a closed door session, usually in the presence of the Chancellor, where they will, in most instances, be issued with a clear warning to improve their conduct. Should they be called to face such a session a second time, they will likely be invited to leave the institution once and for all. (kicked out) It is only through showing respect for all equally regardless of position, that we shall be able to engender the shared dignity that is essential for an institution of this caliber.
“A wise man walks with his head bowed, humble, like the dust.”
...Brother Michael, First Chancellor
